cool, hi christa, not sure you know what that is but it’s a beekeeper’s smoker… i have a slightly more modern version although it hasn’t changed really. you put burlap or twigs in the chamber and light burn them until they’re like coals and then close it up and squeeze the accordion-shaped part and smoke comes out the spout. the smoke calms the bees when the hive is opened to allow the beekeeper to fiddle with the hive without the little buggers coming after him en masse. your version is sweet too.
