After reading your statement i went on to investigate Eva Zeisal, Matt Forderer, and Santiago Calatrava. Each seem to have a similar format beginning with a chronological element followed by an artists who influence me section. It seems important to lay the framework of introducing oneself and then referencing otheres prior to closing with details and insights into your own work. Funny thing was that i read Eva’s first but am not that suprised to see her mentioned in your statement.

Good advice. I visited Verdigris about two years about when I was in SF for one day only. I had a nice chat with Rae and bought one piece from each of you that I put into regular use in their special ways. I am glad to see movement in your lives but sorry to see the gallery go because I admired the concept so much- working and selling with friends with access to the public- even with the negatives you point out in the article.
